With the win, Dallas earned its first win on the road versus Red Bull New York since May 24, 2006. Petar Musa and Sam Sarver scored in Dallas’ 2-0 win tonight.Â

FC Dallas forward Petar Musa netted his league-leading 10th goal of the season in the 55th minute of the match to open the scoring. Musa leads Dallas in goals, xG, and shots on target this season. The goal gives Musa 10-plus goals in each of his three seasons at FC Dallas. His 44th career goal for the club moves him within two goals of tying club legend Kenny Cooper for third place on Dallas’ all-time scoring list.Â

Sam Sarver scored his first MLS goal tonight after entering the match in the 80th minute of the second half. Sarver headed home his first goal in the 88th minute following a Logan Farrington assist. The reigning MLS NEXT Pro MVP has featured in six games for Dallas this season.Â
RAN’S FIRST ASSIST
U22 initiative midfielder Ran Binyamin assisted his first goal for FC Dallas tonight versus Red Bull New York in his second start for the club. Binyamin joined Dallas in the 2026 offseason and has played eight total games, tallying 112 minutes.
EL MOTORCITO MAKES MLS DEBUT
Homegrown Caleb Swann made his MLS debut tonight in the 94th minute of the match. Swann featured for North Texas SC prior to signing his Homegrown contract with Dallas this year on its annual Homegrown day on January 5.
