ST. LOUIS, Missouri (Aug. 30, 2026) – FC Dallas (9-6-7, 34 points) rallied from two goals down to earn a point in a 3-3 draw with St. Louis CITY SC (9-6-7, 34 points) thanks to a stoppage-time goal from Logan Farrington on Sunday night at Energizer Park.
BIG DOG DOES NOT QUIT
Logan Farrington scored FC Dallas’ game-tying goal in the seventh minute of added time in the second half. Farrington scored his seventh goal of the season and first since Dallas’ 2-1 win at Colorado on May 23. Petar Musa registered his third assist of the season.
THE SHAQ ATTACK
Defender Shaq Moore scored his first goal of the season in the 18th minute of the match, becoming the club’s 13th different goal scorer this season. The vice captain leads the team in distance covered (31 miles), games started (20), and minutes played (1836). The former U.S. international joined Dallas in Dec. 2024, and has 54 appearances, four goals, and four assists.
IBEAGHA ON THE SCORESHEET
Defender Sebastien Ibeagha headed in his first goal of the season in the 81st minute to become the club’s 14th different goal scorer of the season. Ibeagha’s headed goal is Dallas’ third corner kick goal of the season. Joaquín Valiente registered his team-leading ninth assist of the season in Ibeagha’s goal. This is the first game this season where Dallas had two defenders (Ibeagha and Moore) score a goal each.
THE ROAD TRIP CONCLUDES
FC Dallas concludes its 12-game road trip across all competitions with a 6-3-3 record. In the 11-game stretch, Dallas logged over 15,000 miles across three countries. FC Dallas is 6-4-3 away from home in MLS play this season. Its six road wins are tied with San Jose for the second most in MLS, behind Inter Miami’s eight.
THE NEW TOYOTA STADIUM EAST SIDE IS HERE
The new East Side—part of the more than $200 million transformation of Toyota Stadium—will open to fans on September 5, when FC Dallas hosts Sporting Kansas City in the club’s first match at Toyota Stadium since May, following the FIFA World Cup break.
