ARLINGTON, Texas (August 24, 2025) – North Texas SC (8-10-4, 31 points) fell 4-0 to LAFC 2 (8-12-3, 29 points) on Sunday night from Choctaw Stadium.
MOVING ON UP
With tonight’s start, FC Dallas Homegrown Diego Garcia reached 62 regular season appearances with North Texas SC. Garcia moves up to second place tying Hope Avayevu in appearances for the club. The Denver, Colorado native, leads NTSC as the current active player with most appearances in MLS NEXT Pro. He made his club debut on March 26, 2023, against LAFC2.
IRON MAN
Midfielder Caleb Swann came on to the match at half time as a substitute. The FC Dallas Academy product has one goal scored this season, and is the only player to feature in all of North Texas SC’s matches in MLS NEXT Pro this season.
