The Skills Development Program is led by Neil "Nipper" Thornber who has over 20 years of experience in the English Academy system. His experience includes working at Blackpool FC and Liverpool FC Academies as well as ten years coaching at Manchester United's famed Academy.
- Who: U11 - U19 players
- When: 1.5 to 4 hours a day, 2-4 days a week in addition to practices.
- Program will run from August 26,2026 to May 27, 2027
- What: The focus of the program is to develop technically brilliant soccer players. The program is an individually based skill and technique training. This is a long-term program that is designed to help every athlete realize their potential.
- Where: Southwood Sports Complex in Roanoke, TX
